The American Society of Concrete Contractors recently made a major software/web site shift, from a customized program to an out-of-the-box product. Without an IT expert on staff, and finding our former provider less than cooperative, we were extremely fortunate to know the folks at UEVEN and to be able to turn to them for assistance.
IT is one of those areas where often you don’t even know what questions to ask. And you’re very dependent on the contractor because you only understand the language and culture well enough to get into trouble. We found the UEVEN staff to be completely knowledgeable in all web and IT software applications. Nothing stumped them, or if it did, only long enough for them to do the research and find the answer. One of their key strengths is that they are problem solvers; no hurdle was too great a challenge.
When you’re unfamiliar with the language you need an IT contractor who can translate, and who’s patient and helpful in the process. Again UEVEN project managers are excellent at communicating with the client, making sure we understood the how, what and why of the process. They respond to inquiries in a timely manner and implementation is delivered when promised.
I would say that serving the customer is UEVEN’s top priority. While “exceeding customer expectations” may be becoming a cliché, it is certainly true of our experience with UEVEN. They never hesitate to go the extra mile – without being asked.
